Visibility

Will AI make my business invisible?

AI Overviews now sit on roughly half of Google searches, and the sources AI engines cite overlap with the classic top ten less than 20% of the time. If ChatGPT answers the buyer's question, your ranking never gets seen. The fix is answer-engine optimisation: being the source the engines cite, and measuring it nightly.

Trust

Can I trust AI with customer-facing work?

Accuracy is the top barrier owners report, and rightly so. The answer is not blind trust. Systems constrained to your own product and policy data, with human sign-off where the stakes are real, do not hallucinate their way into your inbox.

Privacy

Where does our data go when staff paste it into a prompt?

A third of owners name data security as their blocker. Properly set up, it is a solved problem: business accounts with training opt-outs, access controls, and a clear line on what never leaves the building.

Return

Most companies get nothing measurable from AI. Why would we?

Because most AI spend starts with a tool and hopes for a result. Start the other way: baseline the KPI first, install the system, and track the delta. If a system does not pay for itself, the report says so.

Competition

Are my competitors actually ahead on AI?

Probably further than you think. Most businesses using AI believe it is now standard among their peers, while most non-users assume it is not. The citation gap compounds: early movers become the sources AI engines keep recommending.

Team

Do we have to replace people to benefit?

No. For lean teams the win is the opposite: autonomous systems take the repetitive load (monitoring, reporting, variant production) so the people you have spend their hours on judgement calls machines cannot make.
